A: You can precisely set it on the counter for awhile.
It will be fine served semi frozen or even frozen for that amount because by the time it is served it will be thawed.

A: 1) Microwave packages are best b/c its cute easy and there's not really a decline in taste. The price of microwave popcorn is also comparable to buying your own seeds/oil. As crave as you don't stick your head in the microwave, it's not going to hurt
